Lake Living Services is a responsive, trusted, and reliable source for your home and property needs up north. I grew up in Petoskey and understand the unique challenges people in the lake communities face, particularly if you don’t live here year-round.  Service is in our name for a reason. 

We are different from other home watch companies. We do more than simply watch. 

• We are a licensed contractor.  We know Michigan building code and understand how homes are constructed. We know what to look for. 
• We are qualified to perform most of the work ourselves, and we do most of the work ourselves. 
• We are experienced in fine woodworking.  We can design and custom build to your specifications.

When you stay at a fine hotel and need service, you go to the concierge. Think of Lake Living Services as your cottage concierge, the place to turn when you need help.  If you happen to need a service beyond our scope, we are local and connected.  We will get quotes and coordinate with trusted professionals to solve your problem.
